Do I have to pay to find a job?
No. Signing up, making a profile and applying are free. Never pay anyone who asks for money to get you a job — call us instead.
Why do I need to check my ID?
Employers only see candidates our team has checked. It keeps fake profiles out, so employers trust the profiles they see and call more often.
Who can see my phone number?
Only an employer that has paid to see it. Everyone else sees your number hidden.
I applied but nobody called. What can I do?
Make sure your profile is complete and your ID is checked, keep your availability up to date, and apply to more jobs near you. Employers call the candidates they choose directly.
How do I delete my profile?
Open Settings in your account and choose "Delete my profile and data". You can also call us and we will do it for you.
For employers
How long does employer approval take?
Our team checks your business details, usually within one working day. You can browse candidates while you wait.
How do the plans work?
Log in to your employer account and open Plans & billing to see the plans and prices. We send an invoice, you pay by bank transfer or UPI, and the plan starts once our team confirms the payment. Each plan gives job postings and CV downloads for a fixed period; one CV download shows one candidate's contact details and CV.
Is there a fee when I hire someone?
That depends on your plan. Log in to your employer account to see each plan's terms.
