1. What कर्मठ Connect does
कर्मठ Connect (Karmath Connect) ("we", "us") runs this website. The legal name and registered address of the business that operates it will be published on this page. We list jobs from verified companies and show verified worker profiles to those companies. We are not your employer, and we do not promise that you will get a job.
2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older, and the email address and mobile number must be yours. One account per person.
3. Fees
Signing up, making a profile, browsing jobs and applying are free.
कर्मठ Connect does not currently charge workers anything. If a success fee is introduced, it will apply only after a company has confirmed that it hired you, the amount will be shown to you first, and nothing will be charged unless you agree in writing.
Never pay anyone to get a job through कर्मठ Connect. If someone asks you for money, do not pay and tell us.
4. Your profile
- Give true information. Fake details, someone else's identity or duplicate accounts lead to removal.
- Your profile is shown to companies only after our team verifies your identity.
- You can edit or delete your profile at any time.
5. How companies contact you
A company that wants to contact you pays to see your phone number and calls you directly. Agreements about the job — pay, shift, joining date — are between you and the company.
6. Suspension
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or misuses the service, and we will tell you why.
7. Complaints
Write to support@karmathconnect.com or call +91 75674 41565, with "Grievance" in the subject. The name and contact details of our Grievance Officer will be published on this page.
We acknowledge every grievance within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days of receiving it.
8. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts where our registered office is located have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
